Spin up a new group order.

Fill in the team's details. On submit: a private Shopify product gets created, the customer URL is generated, and the Notion order row is updated.

Shown on the page so the team knows who set it up.
Paste the Notion order page ID (the long string in the Notion page URL). When you do: the customer URL is written to that row, its status auto-moves to "🛒 Group Order Started," and the organizer's email flow fires. Skip it and you'll have to copy the URL back to Notion by hand.
